Warranty and right to withdraw from the contract
Returns
As a consumer, you can return most items purchased in our store. Inform us about withdrawal from the contract (you do not have to provide a reason for withdrawal). You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to do so, unless the seller sets a longer deadline.
From the date of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract, you have another 14 calendar days to return the goods. If the returned goods do not show any signs of use, we will pay you the money within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
Guarantee
We provide a 12-month warranty for most of the goods sold in our store (unless otherwise stated in the item description).
If the purchased equipment does not function properly during the warranty period, please fill out the form below and send it together with the goods to our address.
